INFORMATION FOR NEW SCHOOLS

HOW IT WORKS

Our goal is to always keep the logistics of Picture Day simple and seamless without compromising the quality of your portraits.

BEFORE

• Once we discuss your school’s needs, we will set up a portrait date and location (depending on school size, this could just be one or multiple days).

• An online request will be made for your school’s class and student roster.

• A custom school/parent page will be created with an easy URL link for you to share with your school families. Your school page will include general instructions, reminders, FAQs, and eventually, their Picture Day gallery link!

DAY OF

• Photographers will arrive early to set up necessary equipment. Students will then be brought to the designated portrait location by your staff to the photographers.

AFTER

• Your school page will be updated with where we are at with our workflow: (i.e. Photos are being culled, edited, & organized, etc.)

• Photos will be delivered through an online gallery ordering system.

  • Each student will have an individual gallery that will be password protected.

• Families will be able to order digital downloads of images & print orders.

  • All print orders are directly shipped to the client.

PRICING

SCHOOL COSTS

Our photography services are completely free. Your school has no financial commitment or minimum quota to be met.

PARENT COSTS

Once galleries have been delivered we have a temporary “School Sale” where all image prices are discounted. After this sale, images will still be available for purchase at a higher price.

• Parents can always view portraits before purchasing

• No complicated portrait packages. Parents simply purchase all the images and sizes, and print products they want.

• Both digital and print options are available

SCHOOL DONATION

As a token of our gratitude, we donate a portion of our profits made during your “School Sale” back to your school!
