Any orders placed within the school’s ordering period will receive a complimentary 5x7” class photo delivered to the school.

DIGITAL IMAGES

2- After your purchase the images are sent via email with a .zip file link

3- Download images- IMAGES EXPIRE 7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE, download and back up ASAP

No need to worry. You can still order after the school ordering period. Please note that our rates are subject to change after the school ordering deadline. All post-deadline orders will continue to be shipped directly to the purchaser, and shipping rates will apply.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW WILL I ORDER?

Within 2-3 weeks of your child’s photo day, you will be e-mailed the link to a class proofing gallery. There will be 2-5 images of each child. Images will be in both color and black and white. We don’t choose which photos you print; you do! You will have full control over which prints, canvas wraps, and digital files you want to order directly from the viewing gallery. The ordering process is simple and secure. Your school gallery will be live for one week. Once orders have been placed, your digital orders will be delivered immediately, and print orders will be delivered to your doorstep within the shipping time you choose.

HOW DO I PURCHASE THE DIGITAL ALBUM? I CAN’T SEEM TO FIND THAT OPTION.

WHY AREN’T THERE ANY IMAGES OF MY CHILD/SIBLING PICTURES?

Some kids are super engaged and ready to give us a variety of photo-worthy expressions, and some are much more reserved. There’s always a few kids who were absent or just unwilling- sometimes it’s just not their best day! We always go above and beyond to make repeat efforts (giving children breaks, switching photographers, enlisting a teacher’s help) to get amazing portraits of each child. You can always either contact us or the school director to verify an absence.

WILL YOU HAVE A MAKE-UP DAY?

If your child was absent or if you have another child you want to include, it’s not too late to still get updated portraits of your child! We’re hosting our FALL POP-UP at Kidwatch Plus on Sunday, November 8:
